Enrique Carreras' original trademark for Hammer Productions Ltd., and appeared at the beginning of every film he made or released in the 1930's. The man striking the anvil with the hammer is Bombardier Billy Wells, who was the British and European Heavyweight title holder, during the 1930's. He also held the Commonwealth and Empire titles, and was unbeaten. He was the J Arthur Rank films gong-hitter until after WWII, when movie extra Phil Nieman took over for seven years.
