Quality Assurance

All our limited edition collectors photographs, custom-framed prints, and fine art posters have a 100% quality assurance guarantee. KissMeMonster pledges that once your order arrives and you notice it’s either slightly damaged, or not exactly as shown and described on our website, simply contact us right away and you will receive a replacement at no further cost. If by chance, the item you ordered is no longer available, then you have the option to choose an alternate item of equal value. Otherwise, you will promptly receive a FULL refund. KissMeMonster will also provide you with a FULL refund for the postage you paid to send the package back to us!

Please Note:

Our limited edition, fully restored fine art prints are developed in a professional photo lab from vintage original source material; (2×2) (4×4) (8×10) studio transparencies, press and publicity slides, chromes, or photographers’ original 35mm contact sheet proofs. Many were test/proof shots which were never intended to be seen by collectors. Therefore, there might be slight anomalies and imperfections in the image. There are some flaws that can’t be corrected without degrading the overall integrity of the image, and are therefore deemed part of the actual photograph.

Frames & Matting

All frame segments are meticulously chosen from our custom moldings inventory. Any cut segments with the slightest defect will be discarded. All frames with any smooth moldings are polished before packaging as is the glazing.  We use industry-standard, state-of-the-art professional picture frame machinery to cut and join your frame(s). Matting windows are cut to 1/8″ to 1/4″ smaller than the selected size. Glazing is inspected for any defects such as scratches and then cleaned and polished on both sides before being placed in a frame.

Liability

KissMeMonster is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals, or people caused by the prints due to negligent, reckless, or intentional actions by any person. By purchasing from KissMeMonster, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused to the print(s) once it reaches its shipping destination.

Shipping & Delivery

KissMeMonster usually has all orders completed and delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Factors that may delay the delivery of an order within that timeframe may include weather, final destination, order size, equipment malfunction, or disaster. Customers that have not received their orders within 14 business days should then immediately contact KissMeMonster for an order status update.

Rush orders may be available during certain times of the year and accrue additional production and shipping charges. International orders may take longer than 5 to 10 working days and are dependent upon the overseas shipping schedule of the courier used. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of an order to cover the cost of parcel weight, size, destination, and packaging.

Custom Shipping Material

KissMeMonster has been shipping original movie memorabilia, including rare theatrical one-sheet posters, to collectors all over the world for close to 50 years now. In that time period, we have anticipated every contingency and perfected the process of making 100% certain all orders reach their final destination in perfect condition. Every order is packaged in heavy duty, custom designed and acid free corrugated cardboard boxes, flat envelopes, and tubes. This means your precious photos and/or framed posters will definitely not get damaged during transit, even if the shipper does not handle them gently! In fact to date, we have never had a customer complain about receiving a damaged order!

Damaged Prints

Despite our best efforts, if you receive damaged merchandise kindly inform KissMeMonster within 24 hours after the confirmed delivery. Damaged prints and/or posters will be picked up by USPS and a replacement order will be sent out immediately at no further cost. Upon contacting KissMeMonster, further details and complete instructions on replacement procedures will be provided.

You Received the Wrong Photos and/or Posters

Don’t worry! Oversights do happen, but rest assured we will take immediate steps to rectify the situation. The correct items will be sent out immediately and we will also instruct USPS to pick up the wrong package from you. In all this, there is absolutely NO further cost to you.

How We Use Collected Information

KissMeMonster collects and uses our customers personal information for the following purposes:

To process transactions

We may use the information customers provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send periodic emails

The valid email address a customer provides for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests, questions, or general updates and offers. A customer can opt-out from our mailing at any time via a link at the bottom of the emails. They will immediately be unsubscribed from receiving any future emails.

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you use our service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Payment Information

KissMeMonster does NOT store your Credit Card, or any other payment information, nor do we have access to it. Our shopping cart uses 100% secure third-party payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, or Authorize.Net.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent our customers’ personally identifiable information to any third parties, unless required to do so by a legal subpoena.
